Journey 1 - Embodied Self-Love - Breaking Old Cycles
We will begin each 2 hour session with cleansing and clearing the energy gateway with Goddess Flow Kuan Yin. Each session will be deeply immersive, intuitively guided, and transformative.
In Journey 1 you will learn how to embody Deep Energetic Cleansing and Renewal through the root and sacral portals, and once activated, this energy can flow fluidly up your energy channel to liberate your energy system from blockages, stagnancy, and disharmony. You will experience Cord Cutting, Crystal Energy healing, and Energetic Release, to cleanse, prepare, and till your Earth, in preparation for your new liberated flow.
These 4 embodiment session include:
- Embodiment training with Deanna ૐ Dhyana where you will learn sage clearing and divine frequency invocation to clear out inner baggage, calling on the love and compassion of Kuan Yin, as well as the healing love and magic of Goddess Isis. We will journey into the Kuan Yin and Isis oracles with divine guidance and dive deep into visualization meditation. The transformation will continue with journaling and scripting of intentions, crystal energy healing and light code activation in the womb, goddess music mantras, Goddess Flow Kuan Yin Rising Lotus and Sacred Lotus Flow, and we conclude each session with a palo santo sealing and embodied Dance of the Divine.
Journey 2 - Embodied Foundation (Root Chakra)
We will begin each 2 hour session with Goddess Body Immersion starting in the root chakra. In Each session you will be deeply rooting, grounding, and creating a firm foundation for deep divine growth.
In Journey 2 you will learn how to plant the Seeds of the Intentions deep within your earth, rooting and grounding them and connecting with the power of who you are, embodying the element of earth.

We will begin each 2 hour session with Goddess Body Immersion in the sacral chakra. In Each session you will dive deep into the healing waters of emotional stability, manifestation power, and creative flow.
In Journey 3 you will learn about embodying the element of the water, unifying with earth and making mud, and flowing in the power of creativity, sensuality, and attuning to your creative sexual power. This will include Goddess Body Immersion flow with a focus on the creative sacral portal, moving like water over every circumstance, and feeling into the intention being nurtured and coming to life.
These 4 embodiment session include:

Journey 4 - Embodied Confidence (Solar Plexus Chakra)
We will begin each 2 hour session with Goddess Body Immersion in the solar plexus chakra. In Each session you will be opened up to the purifying power of fire to light up your purpose and path with fiery passion.
In Journey 4 you will learn about embodying the element of the fire, breaking forth out of the mud into the sunshine, purifying our minds and bodies with the power to push your intentions out into the universe with confidence and prowess. This will include Goddess Body Immersion flow with a focus on motivation, empowerment, will power, warrior goddess spirit, and activating full confidence.
These 4 embodiment session include:

Journey 5 - Embodied Love (Heart Chakra)
We will begin each 2 hour session with Goddess Body Immersion in the heart chakra. In Each session you will expand your heart with light waves of love and compassion.
In Journey 5 you will learn about embodying the element of the air, spreading your wings to fly and soar beyond every physical limitation and into the highest vibration and frequency which is LOVE. This is where you grow your branches and begin to sway in the breeze filled with deep love for yourself and for the world. This will include Goddess Body Immersion flow with a focus on divine love radiating throughout every part of your being, and giving your intentions air to breathe and wings to soar.
These 4 embodiment session include:

In Journey 6 you will learn about embodying the element of the ether, sending the vibration of your intentions into all space and time as you connect with the full truth of who you are. This will include Goddess Body Immersion flow with a focus on the vibration and power of words and sound, and speaking your authentic truth of the soul.

In Journey 7 you will learn about embodying the Divine Flow of Spirit within you to co-create with sacred vision, sacred wisdom, sacred clarity, and sacred knowledge. In this divine co-creation you will learn the depths of the divine messages and connections available to you. This will include Goddess Body Immersion flow with a focus on creating through visualization and tapping into the power of intuition.

In Journey 8 you will learn about embodying divine union within yourself to basque in the power of Christ Consciousness, awakening into the full depth of your high priestess power, purpose, and passion, and Embodying true Liberation! This is full cultivation coming into harvest and fruition for you to give birth to the fully empowered, vibrant, and Glorious Goddess that you are! This will include Goddess Body Immersion flow with a focus on flowing in the consciousness of receptive mode in the crown chakra.

In Journey 9 you will learn about embodying this birthing process, activating the vibration to start moving your gifts and talents into the the universe. We will conclude this journey and spend a weekend away in an Embodied Liberation retreat soaking in the harvest with celebration, thanksgiving, reflection, and a ceremony of anointing and sealing of the Embodied Liberated Goddess Frequency!

Does this require any prior experience?No experience is necessary. No matter your skills level, all movements are adjustable as you get into your own flow with the intuitively guided movements. All movement is meant to go at your own pace and level and for you to tap into you to see what your limits are.

What if I am suffering from injury or disability?Many of the movements are very flowing with no modification needed, but if you feel the need to do a different movement that best suits you due to injuries, please do so. If you do experience sharp or uncomfortable pain, please stop and rest, go at your own range of movement that is comfortable and pleasurable to your body, which is most important. The key to Goddess Flow is getting into your own flow, so the movements I guide you in are meant to be a guide. Always discuss your health and wellness programs with your physician prior to starting a new program.

What if this doesn’t work for me?I believe anything we want to work will work. This is why intention is the first thing we work on. You are here because you wanted to be, you saw the benefit, and you wanted the experience. Everyone has the power to shift their energy and empower their lives through movement. What type of movement form is Goddess Flow?Goddess Flow uses intuitively guided movements and every session is different and unique. The origins of the movements have been channeled by me, by divine guidance in flow, and I simply move with spirit in the dance and forms I guide you with. The breath has a yogic essence that has been backed by science proven to reset the nervous system. The movements are intrinsically moving source (goddess) energy, while the structure is not traditionally anything in particular, but a combination of ancient and modern dance arts that I intuitively share. You may see some forms of yoga, contemporary dance, modern dance, tribal dance, belly dance, ancient kemetic movement and form, martial arts, and many others. The flow of how the energy moves is a dance with your energy system, the chakras. The breath and body moves energy in and out and the movements in a meditative way, embodies the energy.
